Lockwood 570 Hold-back Cylinder

Oval 570 cylinder with hold-back function suitable for use with most Australasian commercial mortice locks.

The hold-back function enables the latchbolt of the lock to be held in the retracted position. The hold-back function can only be applied or released by the key.

• 6 pin C4 profile lock cylinder.
• supplied with 2 keys.
• To apply hold-back: Insert key into cylinder and retract the latchbolt with one full turn of key, keep the latchbolt depressed with a finger, and withdraw key.
• To release hold-back: Insert key into cylinder, rotate key one full turn and withdraw key.
